CAR4CT3RES

A series of illustrations built entirely from typographic characters, a reference to ASCII art and to the oldest way of making pictures on a screen: no drawing tools, only the signs already available. Parentheses turn into fingers, commas into feathers, and the whole image comes out of a keyboard. It is ongoing research and a constant practice, and it grows every time I sit down with it.
